Toloba every year performs the azeem khidmat of wajebaat in Udaipur. This year 1435H. Udaipur Toloba received the great opportunity to perform the same with Aqa Maula (TUS) at Taherabad. Also various other khidmat like ITS Scanning , Flow Management , Masjid Tanzeem & Tapping were done.
This was the most awaited moment for udaipur toloba. A miqat for which almost every mumineen of Udaipur was eagerly waiting. And after a long time Udaipur got this azeem sharaf of Chehlum of Imam Hussain A.S. being observed here with AQA MAULA tus.
It was a challenge to make this event a great success and the time to put together all the past khidmat experiences and workout this challenge. Almost everything was to be performed by the team and members were assigned as the heads of different departments to accomplish various tasks with the help and support of Toloba teams from other cities and various other committees.
A survey of the houses of mumineen was conducted by the team before the miqat for accommodating Qasreali and Kothar. Transportation was arranged for them.
Members were authorised to issue the Qadambosi passes. Masjid Tazeen, ITS Scanning, Relay, Nazafat, Qadambosi Bethak, Ziyafat Tazeen, Stage Decoration and various other khidmats were taken care of.
Nazafat as a khidmat was allotted to the members performing khidmat in Mumbai.
On the other hand, rest of the team members in Udaipur, visited various mumineen shops in the town and convinced them to attend the Waaz on time & keep their shops closed.
ITS Scanning was also performed at various centers.
Daerat Toloba 4th summer camp was held in Taherabad in which designated members participated from all over the world. 3 designated members of Udaipur Toloba participated in the camp & Other members performed khidmat of accommodation & IT Related work.
Daerat Toloba 3rd Summer Camp was held in Udaipur in which around 50 farzando from different parts of the country participated. Entire Udaipur Toloba members participated in the event which was a 9 days program.
Udaipur Toloba performed various specialised khidmat in different departments including accommodation , transportation , laundry , sightseeing etc.
A fixed schedule from Daerat was issued for 9 days which included classes , sabaq, sports activities , swimming , industrial visit , taherabad ziyarat etc.
On the auspicious occasion of 100th Milad Mubarak of Syedna Mohammed Burhanuddin RA, A Historical documentary was prepared & presented by Toloba with the help of professional designer which shines 100 years history of Syedna Mohammed Burhanuddin RA in Cinema Theater on 70MM Screen. A 2 days program was organized with 4 shows being played a day & was highly appreciated by the mumineen.
10 members of Udaipur Toloba got the azeem sharaf of doing Haj Khidmat, where they were allocated the khidmat of IT & Electric Department.

A very important & necessary khidmat i.e. the E-Jamaat card verification camp was held in Udaipur. A complete survey was undertaken and a camp was organised in madarsa taiyyabiah school for verification. Different sections and blocks were made where various tasks like data collection , blood group checking, taking photographs, etc. were taken care of so that mumineen can get everything regarding verification under one roof.
A highly developed messaging System was started in udaipur by Toloba for the very first time in the whole Taherabad Jamiat. It was developed in such a way that every information related to Jamaat, deeni programmes as well as demise messages could be sent to all mumineen within no time on their mobile phones through SMS.
This system proved to be innovative and time saving for conveying messages to the whole mass. A great success was achieved.
